Child's Pose or "Balasana"
This extremely simple transfer is a relaxing cause it is possible to stay in for up to a few minutes.

How to get it done: Start on the floor with all the feet with your legs and surfaces of the toes together and pressing. Together with your hips apart, relax torso and your stomach involving the feet. Position your face on the floor, and expand the arms out facing you.

Adjustment: If the ground is reached by your mind doesn’t you need to use pillow or a block to rest on it.yoga retreats Europe
